About the place

Hello everyone,

From 30 june this room will be available at the Nieuwe Oosterstraat. The rent is €390 per month. Price is inclusive gas, water, electricity and internet.

The kitchen, bathroom and toilet will be shared with 4 other students (4 female students) Not only the room is nice, you'll be living in the centrum of Leeuwarden. All shops and bars are in walking distance. For supermarket shops this is one minute walking distance till 5-10 minutes with bicycle. The station is very nearby and
the schools NHL, VHL and Stenden are in 5 minute distance with bicycle.

Besides, there is some furniture which can be taken over from the current tenant.
