About the place

Hey girls! (Yes unfortunately boys, our landlord has a requirement that it must be a girls' house). A room will temporarily become available in our house on the Gysbert Japicxstraat. The room is available from August 1, 2025 to February 1, 2026 with the possibility to extend to one year. This depends on the plans of the roommate whose room you are subletting. The room itself is located at the rear of the first floor and is furnished with bed, table, 3 chairs and 2 wardrobes. You share the house with three other girls, one of whom you share a kitchen with and all of whom you share the bathroom with.
We have a backyard where coffee is drunk every now and then in the morning and the house is located in a super nice neighbourhood. We are less than a two-minute walk from the canal and an Albert Heijn. In addition, you can cycle to the city center in 5 minutes and to the station in 6 minutes. NHL Stenden can also be reached within 15 minutes and Van Hall Larenstein is even just a few minutes! In front of the house you can park your bike against the garden gate. There is also free parking in front of the house. ! So a top spot :).
As roommates, we like to eat together regularly or enter each other's rooms to have a chat. It is a house where you can do your own thing and find a cozy atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is neat and likes a chat and tea 😊
The room itself is +\- 16 square meters and €275 in basic rent. With GWL (€50), wifi (€15.80), water (€5), washing machine (€4.12) and a contribution to the annual large bills of waste (+/-50) you come to an amount of approximately <€400 per month.
