You get your own bedroom with wardrobe. opposite you have your own living room with refrigerator and microwave. TV and sofa.  Desk with chair. 
It is a two-minute walk to the bus stop. You can be at the NHL in 20 minutes. 
You can use the rooms with two people. 
Outside there is a covered area for occasional BBQs. you can also make it two bedrooms.
