About the place

A room is available in my modern and bright apartment in the center of Hilversum! The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Hilversum Central Station, with quick connections to Utrecht (15 min) and Amsterdam (20 min).

The apartment is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor is fully furnished and features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, air fryer, and two refrigerators. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony, and a new washer and dryer.

I’m Sianne, 26 years old, and working full-time. I enjoy socializing but also value my own space. I’m looking for a housemate who appreciates a balance between socializing and privacy and who is either finishing their studies or just starting to work. Rent is €850 excluding utilities.
