Kamer op voorziend van een kast en een ingebouwde kast. De rest van de woning is gedeeld. Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping. Het is gerenoveerd, modern & met veel licht. Parkeren is gratis. 

Winkelcentrum Marsmanplein op loopafstand (5 min) en de Dekamart (2 min). Bij het winkelcentrum vind je ook de bushalte. Je bent er binnen 15 min in het centrum van Haarlem en binnen 10 min bij het Haarlem Station. Top locatie, rustige buurt en ook op loopafstand van prachtige Spaarnwoude. 

Ik zoek voornamelijk een vriendelijke en nette dame die de gedeelde kamers schoon kan houden. Leeftijd is niet belangrijk. 
Partners mogen niet blijven slapen. 
De kamer is per direct beschikbaar. Inschrijving is mogelijk.

The room is equipped with an Ikea closet and a build in closet. The apartment is on the second floor. It is beautiful, renovated and with a lot of light coming in from the window. Parking is free.

The Marsmanplein shopping mall is located at 5 min walking distance and the Dekamart Supermarket at 2 min from the apartment. The bus stop is located at the Marsmanplein. The travel time with the bus to the centre of Haarlem is 15 min and 10 min to the Haarlem Station. Great location, quite neighbourhood and also at walking distance from beautiful Spaarnwoude.

I am looking for a nice/ friendly lady who is tidy and can also keep the shared areas clean. Age is not important. Partners are not allowed to sleep in. The room is available as of today. Registration is possible.
