About the place

My house is too big for me and that is why I rent out a bedroom to students.

The private room is furnished with a desk & chair, single bed, wardrobe, coat rack, shoe rack, laundry cupboard and other storage space.

In addition, the following items are present:
- bed linen
- towels
- hairdryer
- ironing board & iron
- washing machine
- cleaning supplies
- etc.

You can (usually privately) use the guest bathroom and toilet. These are cleaned once every two weeks.

We share the fully equipped kitchen.
You can also use a bicycle.

In short, you only need to bring a suitcase with clothes, toiletries and personal items.

This room is very suitable for a soft landing in Groningen.

Note: Selection will be made in order of receipt of the response. However, students who can move in between 1 and 6 August and intend to stay for a year will be given priority.
