About the place

A room of approximately 14 square meters is available for rent. It includes two built-in wardrobes and a private walk-in closet located in the hallway. The room has central heating and double glazing.

The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are shared with three other housemates.

There is also a spacious backyard of about 100 square meters, and a bike storage area at the front of the house.

Use of the washing machine is included in the rent.

Internet is not included in the service costs and is arranged separately by the housemates.
