About the place

The room is spacious (14m2) and comes furnished with a large closet (can be seen on picture) left by the previous tenant. The apartment is shared with one other tenant F21 (that's me, Milica, hi!) who sleeps in the living room but promises not to hog all the living space :)
The apartment is sparsely furnished but contains all the necessities, like a functioning kitchen with a dishwasher and combination microwave-oven, and a washing and drying machine. There is a shed behind the building with a locked gate to store your bike.
The apartment is located 15-20 minutes on foot from the city center and main train station (10ish by bike), 10 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the lovely park forest Sterrebos. There is also a bus station right outside the building. The Herewegbuurt is quite safe and quiet (take it from a girl who loves to go for late night walks around the neighborhood).
I am looking for a housemate who is on the quieter and calmer side (I'm not a party person by no means, nor do we have the conditions in the apartment), who would be up to have a chat over coffee, cook together or watch a film from time to time.
The apartment is available for viewing in person or on video call, whenever my schedule allows for it.
For any international students who might need it, registration is possible at the municipality.
