hi everyone,

there is a room free from
1st of oktober.

you can also move in earlier, because i moved my stuff out already. 

the rent is 455 inclusive everything

shared kitchen/bathroom/wc

room has its  own sink

size is about 14-16 squaremeters, high ceiling, 4 big windows. I always liked that it is light in the room even though when its winter

you will have 4 roomates, 3 live upstairs, you and the other roomates live downstairs so with you in total 5 people.

i will leave curtains, a bed with a mattress and a couch and couch table. 
 would prefer if you take it over from me!

the landlord is very kind:) he prefers to have contact in dutch, you dont have to speak dutch but if you could text him im dutch that would be perfect.

there is a cleaning schedule

room is located in oosterpoort, which is not to far from city center (7min by bike) and a calm area

supermarket Plus within 1 min walking distance as well as primera, copyshop hairdresser etc

bigger supermarket  Jumbo is located in euroborg, which is 5 min by bike

the roomates:

everyone is very approachable and takes care of each other so its a warm atmosphere. they are all students, three of them are working next to their studies. it would be nice if you also pay attention to the cleaning schedule and respect that some of them work (so not much noise after midnight).
