About the place

Dear potential tenant,

Since one of our roommates is moving out this is your chance!

Room
The room is in perfect quality -no moisture or other disturbances. 
It comes with an own sink & fully furnished (bed, desk, chair and storage space under the bed). The furniture must be taken over in accordance with our leaving roommate.
The room is really cozy and has direct access to a balcony with canal view!

Apartment
You share the well equipped kitchen, toilet, shower and laundry room with 3 lovely international students. 
Everybody mostly follows their distinct daily routine. However, the roommates are always there for a nice chat in the kitchen. 
We have a really respectful & quiet atmosphere here since we are all studying and working on the side.

We are quite spoiled with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Additionally the house also has an attic with a lot of storage space available.

Luckily, the landlord is really attentive so whenever there is a problem, they are coming to fix it the same day. All rent increases were also below standard.

He would really appreciate someone who speaks dutch for a seamless communication in case of any repairs / organizational issues going on here.

Location
Just outside of the canal ring you would live only 7 minutes walking distance from Grote Markt and 15 minutes from the central station. Supermarkets (Jumbo, Plus, AH) are also closeby.
