About the place

Lovely and bright room in Helpman, Groningen-Zuid. You'll live here with three other students (third and fourth year) who occasionally hang out together, whether it's cooking or having a beer at home or at the pub. The room has a private southwest-facing balcony, a walk-in closet, and a private sink. The room also features a loft bed (140 x 200 cm) to save space. Shops (Helperplein) are literally around the corner. If you're interested, send us an email soon and tell us a bit about yourself, your studies, hobbies, etc. 
The room is generally available from March 1st to the end of the year. Another room in the same house will become available starting April 1st. See the other listing. (In the photos: the ceiling is currently being plastered and painted, expected to be finished by the end of this week.)
