About the place

A room in our house becomes available from the 1st of April. The room is around 12m2 located on the jozef israelstraat in a mixed international house of 9 people. You share the bathroom and kitchen with around 5 other people. You can sublet the room for approx 325 per month incl. April-September, after this the contract can be taken over indefinitely with a higher rent.
