About the place

We are offering a spacious and bright room in a large shared house where four people live in total. You would be living with three German students who are friendly, respectful, and mostly independent. Everyone generally does their own thing, so the atmosphere in the house is calm and relaxed, but in the summer we occasionally have a BBQ together in the backyard.
The house has a large shared living room, two shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard. The room itself is located on the first floor, where one other roommate lives and the larger bathroom is located.
The room is furnished, and we would ideally like the new tenant to take over the furniture for €750 (details and price negotiable). 
The furniture includes (also see pictures):
* Large IKEA PAX wardrobe (200 cm wide, 240 cm high) with glass sliding doors
* 140x200 cm bed frame with slatted base
* Two IKEA dressers
* Mirror

The base rent is €370 per month excluding utilities. Utilities are shared among all tenants and recalculated monthly; on average they come to around €90 per month, which includes gas, water, electricity, and WiFi. This means the total monthly cost is approximately €460 all-inclusive.
Deposit is one month’s rent.
