About the place

Room for rent of 13m2 with shared kitchen and large garden.
The room is upholstered and clean.
We live together with 9 people in 1 large house, the common area is cleaned, our own room must be kept clean.
Price includes gas/water/electricity/internet, we will soon also have fiber optic here.
The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery, so you don't have to think about that.
Here in this house there are several joint parties every year and often on Saturdays, joint cooking, baking, drinking and playing games with the house (it is not mandatory to participate).
We are looking for a nice, spontaneous lady who wants to come live with us for at least 1 year.
The lady we are looking for can be Dutch or international.
