About the place

I am looking for a tenant for my ENTIRE attic. The attic is around 60m2 (with 40m2 above 1.5 meters). It has a lockable entrance and its own stairs. In the apartment, there is a shared toilet, kitchen, bathroom, and storage room. The whole apartment is around 140m2. It's very conveniently located only 300 meters from the Zernike campus, and around 10 minutes biking to the city center. There is also a large shopping center nearby. If you want you can take over the mattress from the previous tenant. Registration is also possible!

It is available from the 1st of February until the end of July/August, which can still be discussed.
The rental price of the attic is 850 euros exclusive (995 euros inclusive).
