About the place

Due to my job, I have to go away for 2 month and thats why I am looking for a reliable person or a couple to look after my apartment. Also who wants to look after and take care of my sweet cat Buddy! 
Im looking for a person who likes cats and who i can trust!
The apartment is available from the 
27 january untill 27 february/1 march 2025 (2 months)

The apartment is completely furnished with a livingroom, two sleepingrooms, hall, shower/toilet, a full equiped kitchen and a balcony. The whole apartment is for your own use. The renting price is including gas, water, electra, internet, netflix and taxes.
The location of the apartment is a little north from 'the Noorderplantsoen" (the beautiful city park) and it is about 15 minutes walk to the city centre of Groningen. Also close to Zernike. 
Ideally for people who are looking for a more permanent place to live after this 2 month, it is much easier to be in the city already to find another room.

I am in Groningen untill the 27 january. So we can arrange a meeting to see the house.
