About the place

This room is unused, and therefore availible for rent.

Its a fair place use as a homebase for your studies.

This is my appartment first and foremost, this means that whilst:

You're allowed to use the kitchen freely,
You're allowed to use the living room freely,
You're allowed to use the washing machine and bathroom freely,
You're allowed to use pans, pots, cups and plates freely,

I expect you to leave all ammenities and rooms on a neat state after and whilst using them.

Rent is paid monthly and the rental can be ended at any time.
A lot of details and needs can be discussed ahead of time, and can be re-adressed at a later date should you desire so.
