About the place

I'm subletting my room in a shared flat from 1st October until 31st of December. The house is located in Noorderstationsstraat, so it is really close to Noorderplantsoen, 5 minutes from a Jumbo and Aldi (walking), 10 minutes from Zernike (biking) and 5 minutes from city center (biking). 

The room is roughly 16m2 and furnished with a bed, couch, wardrobe and table. There is also a sink in the room, as well as a big window that opens onto a balcony. 

The house is shared with 5 roomates, 3 women and 2 men of different nationalities. Almost everyone is a student, and while everyone is busy with live at the moment, there is always time for a chat. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and there is a second toilet on the first floor of the apartment. 

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but there is a balcony in the kitchen on which smoking is allowed.
