About the place

A light-filled, fully furnished room of approximately 12 m²—just a 10-minute bike ride from the city center and within walking distance of the Zernike Campus.

The house is also home to two friendly cats. As vegetarians, we kindly ask that no meat is cooked in the shared kitchen. However, the room is equipped with a fridge and a microwave/air fryer combo, which may be used to prepare meat or fish if desired.

Just a 5-minute walk away you’ll find Paddepoel Shopping Center, offering several supermarkets, drugstores, and other useful shops—perfect for daily errands.

Ideally, the room is rented until January 31st. If things go well for both sides, there’s a possibility to extend the rental period.
