About the place

Very cozy room with a view of gardens. Washbasin in the room. In addition to bathroom and toilet. House is nicely located: near the CENTER, close to Zernike, UMCG, RUG. AND not far from the Noorder park. We have a washing machine and dryer + dishwasher in the house: these include the rent. We are a mixed house and are looking for a nice fellow resident.
