Looking for a considerate, clean and quiet person to share my home with for an indefinite period. The room comes with a desk, chair, curtains and wardrobe (bed not included). Stairs lead to a private roof deck. Utilities + internet are included. Great location close to city centre and park! Not far from bus stops and about 15 minutes walk to the train station. The house also has a garage for bike parking and storage. There are two toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs), a shower, bathtub and laundry/utility room. Dishwasher and washing machine, no dyer. Spacious downstairs with a living room, dining room and kitchen with an oven. There is also a study/yoga room upstairs we can share.
