Temporary sublet: September 15, 2025 – January 31, 2026

Available from September 15: a fully self-contained studio of 31 m² with a spacious balcony. The studio includes a private kitchen (equipped with an induction stove, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, and various appliances such as an air fryer and sandwich toaster) and a private bathroom with shower and sink.

The only shared facility is the toilet, which you share with one other tenant. The house consists of four studios in total, spread over two floors, and is entirely inhabited by students. There is little interaction between tenants, so it’s a calm and quiet environment.

The rent is €765 per month, all-inclusive (utilities and internet). One-time deposit: €765.

A viewing is required before the studio can be rented.

The studio is normally my personal living space. I’m a student and will be abroad for a few months, which is why I’m looking for a reliable and quiet student who can take good care of the studio — and who doesn’t mind watering a few plants while I’m away.
