About the place

Furnished room next to Rug ( muntinga building and Haymans building ) and the Park ( noorderplantsoen).  all less then 1 min walk.  5 min bike to Rug Academic building. 10 min bike to Zernike Campus and central railway station. 
The house is located in a one way street that is quit & safe, has a lot of bikes passing in the morning, it is located between the Noorderplantsoen and inner city.
Fully furnished room, with bed, ikea sofa, marble saloon table, desk, desk chair, storage & build in storage. 
Bathroom with rain shower and handshower ( shared with only 1 female student).
Kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer (new), stove, double sink,  microwave, blender, tosti iron, personal storage for food and all kitchenware is shared (pots and pans). Large dinner table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is shared with 2(or 3) other students. 
Price is 790 euro including utilities, ( water, gas, electric, fast internet 100Mbit fiber/wifi)  including shared use of all the things in the kitchen and including the furniture.
Registration is possible, rent is from the 1st of July, minimum rental period is 1 year (short stay is not possible sorry), until the 1st of July 2026 maximum is untill the 1st of August 2026.
In the house there is a cleaning list, every month 1 person does a big cleaning & signs the list with the date it is done, this is mandatory.  Small cleaning tasks are done depending on who is home. Used kitchenware is always cleaned the same day or following morning, or put in the dishwasher.
The house is a cozy quit house where people focus on their studies we like people that are a bit social also, the room is for 1 person but you can have a guest ( 1 week per month or 1 weekend per week).
