About the place

Room available from September 1, 2025 (a few days earlier can be discussed) in a family home with 3 bedrooms. The house is located 3 minutes away from Zernike and 10 minutes from the city center. It's a 7-minute walk to the nearest supermarkets.
You will be living together with Joaquin and a currently unknown 3rd resident.

The bedroom for rent is on the west side of the house and is 16m², the smaller room next to it where there's already a ready-made closet is 6m², perfect for storage space and possibly a small desk. The price for these rooms together is 800 euros (including gas, water, electricity).

The entire ground floor consists of a large shared living room (with a TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc.) and open kitchen (2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven). We also have a shared bathroom (with a rain shower), a spacious garden (with a garage to park your bike) and a kitchen.

We are looking for an Erasmus student who is planning to come to Groningen for the first semester. Everything is in order and the furniture stays in the room.
