Next to park(Noorder plantsoen) ( 1 min walk) and across the street from one of the RUG uni building (psychology ) ( Zernike campus is 10 min biking, so is the railway station).
We are looking for a student, clean and organised.
rent starting the 1st of July, ( 1 month deposit )
650 euro a month fully furnished, (desk/ bed / sofa / table / curtains) price including heating, electric, internet, ( 100Mbit fiber+ wifi ) and use of dishwasher and washing machine / fridge freezer, all kitchenware.
Cute room and quiet room, in quiet street close to the park
(Noorderplantsoen 1 min walk) and some uni rug building are in the street here (rug psychology and more) Zernike is 10 min by bike and also the train station. The room is furnished, has 2 windows, double glass, curtains, a sofa ( green and red cover), desk, marble table, large build in closet, and bed ( you can also
put your own bed in it, but there is a 2 person frame). On the top floor is a large sunny terrace 35
m2 and downstair there is a cozy kitchen with a large table ,
chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and more.
We are looking for a social, happy person, that is willing to keep the house clean together. If you are intrested plz tell something about yourself, where you are from, what you did so far, the things you like to do in Groningen and how you are planning to spend your time in Groningen.
