About the place

A bright and spacious room will be available from early October at Jan Lutmastraat, just a 15-minute walk from RuG's Academy Building. It’s in a perfect spot, with the Jumbo supermarket just around the corner, making everyday life super convenient.

The house is shared with 4 friendly flatmates, though 3 of them live upstairs, so you’ll only be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with one other person. It’s a well-maintained and friendly household, offering a great balance of privacy and community.

The room is open to both males and females, though preference will be given to female tenants. We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and a non-smoker. Pets are not allowed.
