The room is in a student house where 3 other friendly female students rent a room. The room is close to the Central Train and Bus Station of Groningen, about 5 minutes’ walk. 

The house is in an area that is safe, cosy and calm, so you won’t be bothered by any noise while you study. Also, the centre of Groningen is very near, by walk or by bicycle.  Nearby are also many shops for your daily groceries, it is within walking distance. 

This room has an own kitchen and own balcony with a nice view. You will be the only one that will use these facilities since it’s in your room. 

You have your own new fridge and there are also new curtains.

Room and house fulfil all safety requirement (fire-extinguisher, smoke detector, periodical check-ups). Registration at local government is possible.
