About the place

Heyhey, we are looking for a subtenant for our house in the center!

We have an unfurnished room available from 1st of May  to 1st of August! (the date can be moved with a few days by mutual agreement). This means you don't have to pay a deposit and you can move in immediately! The rent is 350 incl. g/w/l and you have your own kitchen + fridge. Registration is possible.
In addition, the house is in the city center, right next to the RUG and UB. All stores and clubs are within walking distance.

We are always in for a nice chat and we would like it if you are open to this, but because of the short rental period it is not a requirement. We do find it important that you are willing to follow our cleaning schedule!
The room is transferred to you without furniture.
