About the place

Nice room in the Huygensstraat. The room is approximately 12m2 big with a big built in closet for all your stuff.
It has its own sink and mostly personal balcony.
You will share the big livingroom, bathroom and kitchen with 2 flatmates, one working and one student. 
We like to have dinner, share a drink or play some game.

Shops and public transport are about a 5 minute walk, and by bike everything is close

As a deposit you will have to pay the month of december in advance, which is then free is everything is in order.

The room comes with all the furniture as seen in the pictures, being 1 bed, desk and deskchair. 
We jointly rent a washing machine and pay for our internet for €17 each.
