About the place

Hi ladies looking for a place!

A room is now available in my lovely, spacious, and quiet apartment in the Rivierenbuurt (Groningen), as my previous housemate recently moved to Utrecht. I’m looking for someone new to share this wonderful home with!

The apartment:
- Located on the second floor in a peaceful complex called De Fongersplaats
- Bright, spacious living room with an open kitchen
- Large balcony with sunlight from around 12:00 to 18:00 (and in the evening there's sun in front of the building as well)
- Two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet downstairs, plus an extra toilet upstairs
- Extra storage room and a private parking spot in the underground garage

The neighborhood is very calm – no noise from the city or partying students. It’s a great place for someone looking for a balance between a peaceful home and city life.

A bit about me:
I'm 25 years old and work full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with two days working from home. I’m looking for someone who wants to stay for at least six months, with a high chance of extending after that.
