About the place

Hello! 

Me and my housemate (M, Italian) and  (F, Australian) are now looking for a third roommate from now on, for an indefinite period. 

The room is about 14m2, has a nice view on a city centre street and comes furnished . Toilet, shower, living room and kitchen are shared. 

You will live 5 min walk from the Train Station and the main squares. 15 min cycling to Zernike. 

Price: 640€/month (g/w/e/internet included)
Deposit: 1000€
Room furniture: must be taken over, price still tbd (bed frame, table, clothes hanger)


Viewings (ONLY IN PERSON): around 21th August
