From August 1st, we are searching for a new housemate in our shared house at Briljantstraat 201.

About the room, house, and location:
The room measures 22 square meters and is divided into two parts: a bigger, main room and a smaller room that comes with its own sink and little kitchenette (kitchen sink, electric stove, cupboards), so you will be able to cook in your own room but if you prefer a bigger kitchen you can also use the communal kitchen shared with the others. The room is on the first floor of the house and the windows face north, so you will get some early morning and evening sun. The room also looks down onto the backyard of the house and the neighbouring buildings. In the house itself we have three floors: two rooms, the kitchen, and a small bathroom with a toilet are on the ground floor, the first floor (where this room is located) has another room and the big bathroom with another toilet and shower, and on the second floor is the last room, as well as a washing machine that is used by all people.
The house is in the neighborhood of Vinkhuizen, a relatively quiet and mostly residential area. There are many grocery stores near by (2 minutes by bike, 5-7 minutes by foot), the Zernike Campus is also very close (max. 5 minutes by bike), and to the city center it takes around 10-15 minutes only (bike/bus). 
The monthly price for the room is 450 Euros including utilities, and it will not come including any of the furniture that is shown in the pictures. 

About your us, your future housemates:
We are four young people from different nationalities and are all students but at different stages in our studies. We don’t have a strict weekly house evening and due to our individual schedules and the lack of a common living room we don’t hang out all together every other day, but when we do get together (in one of our rooms or in our backyard, or even when we just stop for a quick chat in the kitchen) its always a really good time. We get along really well and have a good house dynamic. One of us will be gone for six months starting August as well and will sublet his room, so there will be another new person moving in around the same time.
