It also has its own sink and is heated by underfloor heating, which can be adjusted using a separate thermostat. The room has neat laminate flooring. The shower and toilet are shared with the other residents. There is also an indoor bicycle storage room and a communal roof terrace. 

The rent is €530, including utilities, TV, internet, municipal taxes, and cleaning of common areas. 

The room is in a beautiful location, close to the center of Groningen and the Noorderplantsoen park.
