This room is approximately 18m² in size and has its own kitchenette with a built-in hob, extractor hood, and ample storage space. The room is heated by central heating and has its own sink. There are several showers and toilets for communal use. 

The rent of €562.50 includes gas, water, electricity, TV/internet, use of the washing machine, cleaning of communal areas, and municipal taxes.
