About the place

Room available starting February 10th, 2025  

This spacious room is walking distance from the Noorder Plantsoen (park), within 5 minutes of the city center and 10-15 minutes biking from the Zernike Campus. The room has high ceilings and a big window side. The loft bed is built into the room, fits one person and is ideal for optimal use of the space.

You share the house with four other students (mixed men and women) and speak either Dutch or English in the house (we got internationals and Dutchies). You share a bathroom, toilet and washing machine with the entire house and a downstairs kitchen with 2 others. The house has a small balcony and a roof tarrace that are both shared with the entire house. There is NO shared living room.

We are a fun and easy going house without obligations (except for the cleaning schedule). We occasionally eat together, have a house night and talk with each other in the hallway, kitchen or in someone's room. But nothing is mandatory. The room is not furnished, only a closet will stay in the room.
