About the place

I will sublet my room on Nieuwe Ebbingestraat, as I will be abroad for a year starting at the end of December.

The room is in a fairly large house with 10 other rooms. There are 2 shared toilets and 2 shared showers. The house is a mix of international and Dutch students. As shared spaces, there is a small kitchen on the second floor and a small shared balcony on the top floor of the house.

The room comes with some of the furniture shown in the photos and video. The bed, sofa, coffee table, shoe rack, and desk + desk chair will stay. All personal belongings will be removed from the room before I leave. The room has its own kitchen with a fridge.
