About the place

It is a room of approximately 18 square meters with its own kitchen. Toilet, shower and washing machine are shared. However, I am looking for someone who also wants to take over my belongings. Only then will I leave. 
I have been living here since February 2024 and have decided to go abroad next year. There are some items that are relatively new and would be a shame to get rid of. Almost everything you need is within a 1 minute walk. Supermarket, doctor, pharmacy and bakery.
