About the place

13m^2 room available in shared appartment. Registration possible. Monthly rent is 1200€ utilities included. Located in the centre of Geldrop just 20 minute bike ride away from Eindhoven centre or 5 minutes by train. Looking for a quiet, respectful room mate. Will give 3 month contract to begin with and if we get a long I will extend. Room will be neatly furnished with a comfy bed, wardrobe and desk ( currently not on photo). Move in date is September 15th. Deposit is 2 months of rent. It will only be me and you living in a spacious, modern apartment of 110m^2. 

Send me a message of who you are and what you are doing in Eindhoven area. No drugs, no smoking etc... You must be a clean and quiet person and mature person. I like to go to bed early and wake up early so you have to be quiet and respect normal sleeping times.
