As my exchange in UT comes to an end, our house is looking for a new tenant! 📍Fantastic location just 5min away from UT campus and 10min city centre! Lidl, Albert Heijn and several other stores are located just 200m away. Closest bus stops are down the street 200m away - the bus ride to the city centre takes 6min 💵 Rent is 432€/month, incl. all utilities (water, gas, internet...) 📆 Available from the beginning of July 👥 5 roommates, which currently are all German girls in their early 20s. The house is 3 floors and has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. We also share a balcony with the neighbouring house, which connects the two houses into a 10-person community! As for now, there are no regular house nights but new traditions are always welcome, especially with new housemates :) P.S. Other rooms will also be available in the house later in the summer - perfect chance to move in together with your bestie!! P.P.S. LANDLORD PREFERS GERMANS unfortunately, however we might be able to get him to agree to Western Europeans. 🥲
