For rent: Quiet, furnished studio (30m²) in central Enschede – temporary stay (July to mid-December)

Are you looking for a peaceful, fully furnished living space in the heart of Enschede? I’m offering a temporary studio (~30m²) with a separate bedroom (~10m²) within our shared home — ideal for a working expat, PhD candidate, or master’s student staying in Enschede for study or work.

📅 Rental period: From July 1st or July 15th until December 15th, 2025
(Not extendable – perfect for short-term stays)

About us:
Normally, two people live in the house:

A quiet 53-year-old working man
Myself – a master’s student who also works – but I’ll be away traveling until around Christmas
So during your stay, you’ll be sharing the house with just one person. We’re looking for a quiet and responsible tenant with a regular day-night rhythm. We usually go to bed around 10–11 PM and wake up between 5–6 AM, so ideally you follow a similar routine.
