Hi everyone! My flatmate is moving out as of July 1st and his room in our shared apartment will become available. We rent through the agency BBVastgoedbeheer.

It’s a shared 76 m² maisonette spread over two floors. The available room is 16 m². We share the kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious living room.

The apartment is located near the center of Enschede; within walking distance of ArtEZ and Saxion, and only a 15-minute bike ride to the University of Twente.
The rent is €760,- including all utilities (€637,- basic rent). The deposit for the apartment is €1,100,-
