About the place

For our recently completely renovated student house we are looking for a nice, friendly, new roommate.

We have one room available on the first floor. The room is furnished and has built-in lighting, many wall sockets, CO2 controlled ventilation and a UTP connection for your computer.

For the room you pay € 600, - per month and that includes G / W / E / and furniture.
The students together pay another time for internet.

The house is shared by a maximum of 4 people (students) and is fully equipped. The large living room is furnished and we also have a washing machine and dryer. Our kitchen is fully equipped, such as an induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and a dishwasher. We also have a large storage room.

The ground floor has a kitchen and a large living room that gives access to a large garden with storage. The ground floor also has a small cellar and a toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom, which is shown in the photo. This bathroom is shared by the residents on the first floor. We also have a large attic room available.

Our house is close to the city/Saxion, making it an ideal place to live. In addition, there is a shopping center within crawling distance so that you can score your breakfast while hungover.
