I have a unfurnished room available in my maisonette, ideally located between the university and the city. The rent is €498 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. The deposit is a one-time payment of €498.

The room will be available until July, as I will finish my studies then.

Ground floor: Shared living room, kitchen, toilet, and balcony.
First floor: Two bedrooms, shared bathroom, and a space for laundry.
Storage: Shared storage room of approximately 16 m².
Please note: this is not a student house, and the apartment is a bit noisy, so consideration for noise levels is important.
