About the place

Hi everyone, we are looking for a new housemate! The room is 9m2 and 370 euros per month, depending on the municipality taxes and energy usage. The room is unfurnished, but there might be some stuff from the previous resident you can use. The house includes all the common appliances, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, a dryer and a kitchen with lots of cooking equipment, like a rice cooker. There are 2 toilets and a shower. We are located in stroinkslanden, it's 15 min from the city center and we live close to a bus stop. We also live very close to a shopping center with supermarkets and other stores. 

We are a laid-back house, we sometimes have dinner together or hang out in the living room but we have no obligations (except weekly cleaning) and like to do our own thing.

We are looking for a calm person that likes hanging out with us but also likes to do their own thing. We are all 3-4th year students.
