About the place

We are a mixed dutch speaking house of currently 1 woman (19) and 2 men (21 & 26), where the female housemate is going abroad for half a year. That is why we are looking for a new housemate. We almost always eat together in the house, by means of a flexible cooking schedule, but mandatory house evenings are not really our thing. Sometimes we watch a movie together or play a game in the living room, but those kinds of things often happen spontaneously. Everyone in the house has their own things and their own schedules. That is why dinner is a moment for us to relax and chat about the day.

As a house we share the lower floor. Here is a very spacious communal living room, a large kitchen and a communal bathroom/toilet. Behind the house there is a small garden and a shed where you can park your bike, here you can also find the washing machine and dryer.

From the living room you look out onto a quiet square where the UT is almost within walking distance, but most of us cycle for 3 minutes. The Saxion and the city center are about 15 minutes by bike.

The rental period will be from January to mid-July, but this can be extended in consultation. There is also a chance that you can rent indefinitely after this period. The room consists of 2 separate, adjacent rooms and will be delivered with the bed, desk and roller blinds.
