There is a front garden with a bicycle parking and a shared, deep back garden with a lawn, patio, garden furniture and storage. The TU/e ​​and Fontys universities are a 7-minute bike ride away. Bus stops, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. are all nearby. Strijp/S train station is within walking distance (350 m).
