About the place

Upholstered double room on the first floor with PVC laminate flooring, curtains, a wall cabinet, and a balcony. The entire house is neat and tidy, and only tidy, working people live there. It is NOT a party house with communal activities. Residents are independent and do their own thing. I am only looking for men who want to live in a tidy environment without noise, commotion. A cleaner comes every other week to clean the shared spaces. The house was recently built, and all residents are relatively new and all work and represent various nationalities. Gradually, as tenants change, university students or young, university-level professionals will be allowed in. As long as the advertisement is visible you can react.
