About the place

Nice cosy room with own sink at the 1st floor of a small international student house, located close to the Central Station , T.U. and Fontys University. The house has a shared kitchen and living room, two showers and two toilets, which you’ll share with 5 roommates (all students or young professionals from different countries, m). There is a small yard where you can sit in the summer.  Washing machine and internet access are available. The room is unfurnished but the furniture can be eventually taken over from the previous tenant . 
The rentl price is excl g/w/el (these costs are shared between the roommates) but incl service costs. Interested? Let us know and come to visit!
