 Apartment newly renovated in 2023. Room in shared apartment available for sublet from October 1st or 16th, 2024, for a year. I'm a PhD student and am looking for another PhD student or young professional.

The apartment is 84 square meters and has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and toilet. There's also a laundry room with a freezer, dryer, and washing machine. The building has two locked bicycle storage rooms downstairs. It's a 5-minute bike ride from TU Eindhoven, Eindhoven city center, and Woensel shopping center. The rent is €650 excluding utilities.
