About the place

Move-in ready upholstered room on the ground floor at the front of the house with mosaic parquet flooring and curtains. A maid comes every other week to clean the shared spaces. The bathroom and kitchen are well-equipped with all amenities, including a laundry room. Only male students studying at TU live here. There are no shared activities such as meals, etc., as all the boys live independently and do not interact with each other.

All appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. are included in the house's service.

PLEASE NOTE!! This is not a party house—in fact, parties are not allowed—but it is a house with tidy, quiet residents who combine a clean lifestyle with serious study. No alcohol abuse, drug use, etc. in this house. So, no messy house! Only tidy guys!

Cleanliness is checked regularly. As a landlord, I don't interfere with how you live in your room, but the shared spaces must always be clean and tidy. If this isn't your thing, don't bother with this room.
